Dear Moments

While in Prince George, BC a few weeks ago I was walking along the highway at night when two deer walked out of the woods on a hill above me. Scared the hell out of me. They quickly walked back into the forest.
While at a brake check in the interior of BC the other day I was drawn away from my vehicle into the forest for some reason. I walked a short distance up what I assume was a logging road. The silence in that area is remarkable. A large doe stepped out of the forest about 30 metres ahead of me. This time I stood and shared a moment with the animal. We stood looking at one another in the silence for a very long time. She proceeded to graze. I eventually went back to my vehicle.

I am currently in Prince George, BC once again after spending last night in Williams Lake, BC. The men are men up here. Very rough little city.

They breed horses at a lot of farms in the central part of BC. One ranch breeds specifically black Arabian purebreds. I have never seen more exquisite animals in my life.
